Opened an estate account at this branch and had a wonderful experience with a great lady named Ginger!! She is an excellent employee and BB&T is lucky to have such an incredible person working for them. I will do all my banking here in the future..

I have a auto loan though them. Their online banking has a lot to be desired. They are rude on all levels I spoke to somebody at the branch Hillary Byrd was rude to me and told me she didn't care what other banking apps can do that I need to get my train of thought off at and change my train of thought. She was very rude in the way she said that and handle that. Their online banking app will not save your info to make a payment so this is a real pain that I have to pull up my routing number and account number every time I go to make a payment. going to see what I can do to get this loan change to one of my other five banks that I bank with and do not have this problem with.

It says that they are open until noon on Saturdays, but in fact they are not open at all on Saturdays and I wasted an hour of my time driving there to learn this.

The service at this particular branch is horribly slow the one on Blake Washington is better
