Truist Townpark Ave, Lake Mary

I went to the Suntrust branch at Colonial Town Park to order foreign currency for an upcoming trip. I was immediately greeted by Cynthia and was directed to Teressa for assistance. What a pleasant experience. My interaction with them compelled me to write this review. My return experience was even better and they had everything ready for me as soon as I arrived. I work close to this branch and from now on I will make this my " Go To " branch. Thank you for going the extra mile and making this a world class service experience.

Worst experience ever. Was late to work after they made me go back to my house to provide a secondary form of ID to make a withdraw. I went back and brought in a state issued card but they would still not accept the withdraw because they said they needed a passport or credit card. I had to go back to my house a third time to find what they requested. The entire time dealing with these issues, the staff was very cold, indifferent, and did not provide friendly service. I will be taking my business to the other Lake Mary branch. The service there is miles and above better!!

Don't pay attention to the reviews with 1 star. SunTrust always had my better interest in mind, even when I had an overdraft charge, they still took care of me. Today, I was at the Lake Mary, FL Townpark Ave. location and I had the privilege speaking with Mary King. She was extremely helpful, friendly and addressed my request quickly. We had some great stories to share and I was on my way. Thank you Mary, and SunTrust, you need more Mary Kings!

Long waits as the bankers spend their time having long social chats with customers about nothing related to banking, at the expense of others who have to wait and wait

Amazing telephone service from Nathan. He was courteous, on point and attentive to detail. He heard me, repeated what I needed and told me when and how he would deliver the answer. Sure enough, he responded promptly with all my answers and gave me his direct contact info. Then I had the pleasure of working with Audra and she, too, was very thorough. I would highly recommend this particular branch and these team members! If you're looking for SunTrust branch that is A+ or a particular bank or loan facility for personal or business in Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford or Seminole County I would highly recommend you check out this branch! It's important we recognize the good in this world and the great performers in the banking world and these folks are it!

Pulled into drive through lane behind another vehicle before closing time. After the other vehicle left I grabbed the canister and the entire building closed down without even taking notice of me. Drove around to the front of the building where they took back the canister they didn't even notice was missing and refused to service me because they were closed. Extremely rude, uncaring, and inattentive.

Excellent staff. Very professional and courteous. Always willing to help with any account issues. Convenient location and very clean.

Every time I come here there is only one teller that gives me an issue when it comes to cashing a check, that’s made from Suntrust. It’s okay, I live closer to the Lake Mary branch anyways.

I had an appointment to open a business checking account at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM I was not been attended. Bad customer service. Not recommended at all.
