Please Do Not Bank Here ! If you value Honesty and Excellent Customer ! You will not get It here Especially from Mark ! He’s the only one there and a so called Personal Banker ! Made A Big Deal on Monday about refunding $3 Dollars that he said he would on Friday for an Online Transaction we Discussed. He acted as If we didn’t have an extensive conversation that day ! I have wasted enough time and energy here ! If I can Stop one person from doing the Same Great ! 1.9 Rating Speaks Volumes ! I wish I had looked before leaping Into this Bank !

Simple enough, they stole money from me. Pulled out 500 from on ATM back in January and it only spit out 460. Called BB&T (because it was after business hours) and filed a claim. Next i know I'm getting a phone call saying there was no error and I'm SOL essentially. Also, referred my girlfriend to them to open a checking account and was told I would receive a $25 credit in my account for her signing up. I have never seen that money. I don't care about the money, it's only 65 bucks total, but it's the principle, you know? Do I want to bank with a bunch of liars and crooks? I think not. I will be banking elsewhere in the near future, at a bank (or credit union) where I'm taken care of. Stay away from BB&T, I've been with them for years and I haven't even been told one time that my tenure is appreciated.

This is the absolute worst bank available. They take advantage of people and hold posting items or take its that have already posted and put them back onto posting in order to charge fees on top on fees for the overdraft charges they initially caused. Those of you reading this wondering if this might be the right bank for you need to take yourself and your earnings to another banking company. They are fraudulent and do not have your best interest in mind. I work hard for a living and I'm sure you all do too. If you value your money and investments then I encourage you to reconsider banking with BB&T (Banking Branch and TRUST Company).

10-15 minute wait in line even though they were just 2 people in front of me. I have had an account with BB&Tfor close to 20 years, yet when I I tried cashing a measly $25 check the cashier/teller acted like I was some kind of criminal. Cashier made no attempt to provide customer service and had a attitude best described as a smug.

My wife and I received our state income tax refund back and she went in to deposit it. I am a national guardsman activated to active duty and was out of the state. My wife is my power of attorney while I am gone to sign all documents needed. Mark at this branch was rude to me wife, would not allow her to deposit it. When she offered to go home and get the power of attorney paperwork, he said it would not matter and would not accept the check. I then called from time-zones away, and he would not even talk to me on the phone when my wife tried to hand the cell-phone to him. This bank lacks any CUSTOMER SERVICE. I complained to the manager, Lindsay, and she was kind, but did not see Mark's customer service error. DO NOT bank at this branch.

I bank here weekly and they have always been super friendly and fast! They are always willing to help when I have a question or concern with my account !

Not a bad place. Friendly people.
