My computer was remotely hacked and both of my bank accounts were violated. Fortunately, I had a bank account with Drummond Community Bank who was able to help me resolve this issue and refunded the money that was stolen from me. Conversely, SUNTRUST made me jump through a million hoops to prove that my account was hijacked and even after my rebuttal, they still denied any compensation, thus siding with the hacker(s). I am extremely grateful for Drummond Community Bank for being there for me and as for SUNTRUST, there's a reason why their public rating is only 2.7 stars and it's because their customer service is horrendous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNTRUST!!! If possible stay local and go with a community bank. You won't be sorry. I hope this helps someone...

every time i try to cash a personal check at any suntrust branch i am treated like a criminal. the "ladies" at this branch actually yelled dates at me while i was trying to exit the building. i work in payroll, i realize there are regulations - these "ladies" simply nit-picked and abused their power.

Absolute worst bank in existence. If you don't qualify for their financial services, they treat you like you are nothing, and try to get as much money from you as I possibly can get away with. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Please please...clean the atm machine....has been FILTHY for years...I will no longer use it...and to all Suntrust banks...go thru your own drivethru business lane...sit there while a teller takes an inordinate amount of time to cash a 20.00 check...and take note of all the dust, dirt, dead bugs, long lost paperclips, ancient scotch tape, etc. visible to those of us in vehicles....it aint brain surgery...clean it!!!..

Was it the most glamorous experience ever? No. Was I helped in a timely manner by polite staff? Yes.

We have banked at this branch for more than 15 years, We have found the staff and officers to be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

Went there and they didn't have but 3 people there when I tried to cash a $15,000.00 check they didn't have enough money. Where is my money? Why don't they have when I need it really thinking of changing banks.

5 bank reps walking around picking their ass and 1 teller behind the counter...
