This old woman rude from the start would not take an employees check to deposit and I cash it through the business account we have and have had with trust...she wasnt going to do anything I knew from her attitude..according to this rude old woman new policy changes won't allow them to do that..well did it happen since Fri cuz we do it every Friday . Rude and shouldn't deal with customers. Cost me time and money ..worst bank teller EVER

The drive thru customer service sucks. I had to go inside to complete my order and they still couldn't assist me. Mandy was not nice either. I will not suggest going to this branch for friendly service. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with BB &T. Do not come here for your bsnking needs!

Very nice drive through service but they were very busy so I had to wait a long time.

Love my bank. Especially Jessica Harrison SHE JUST DOESN'T WORK AT THE BANK, SHE BECOMES YOUR FRIEND IMMEDIATELY AFTER MEETING HER. SHE HAS HELPED ME IN SO MANY WAYS, ALWAYS HAS TIME FOR HER CUSTOMERS. A VERY SPECIAL EMPLOYEE AT BB&T.

Bank doors said come on in, they were both locked. I knocked and even call another bank to call the bank that I was trying to get into they said they did and the people would open the doors they never did I had to go around the back and pound on the drive through window to get anybody to respond.

Ask for Koby! That guy has got his act together! He understands people and goes out of his way to help!!!!
