My issue was resolved by individually meeting with a banker. I needed to submit my debit card for my google pay app. All set and good to go. Great job,thanks.

Best bank I’ve been in. Customer service is really good, but waiting time is not well. Their bank is really clean, and I’m surprised how it is. I don’t know why it has 2.9 AV Stars. I would rate it 4 stars, but I feel the stars average is unjustified, so I’m boosting it to 5 stars.

Wow what a horrible bank. If its not the atm eating your money; its the staff with its horrible customer service. They close down early just because they don't feel like working. If i ask the teller what my balance just tell me im already there !!!! Don't send me outside to check and tell me that i am making you work.

I dont understand why they changed their wormkg hours from 8 to 9, it makes a whole world of difference to working people! I've had my share of bad experiences with this branch, not happy with their management among other thngs.

This is ridiculous!!! Outrageous how there is only one teller working and aproximatelly 30 people in line. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Save your aggravation and go to some other bank that actually respects their customers

Someone from this bank keeps calling me after 6 pm. Seems fraudulent. Check on your employees. Everyone in Miami is a damn scammer nowawadys. I have no affiliation with this bank.
