Drive thru is terrible! Very unprofessional here lately. Came twice in one day and it was slow both times. Then the teller acknowledges the person in the other lane first and they pulled up after me.

Never enough tellers at this locations. You will wait a very long time. Even on a Friday, there's ONE (maybe two) tellers if you are lucky with 15 people in line. Horrible customer care. I will not go back.

If i could give zero I would

This location has the worst branch manager ever !! He lies about being in meetings that are supposed to last all day and he'll never get back to you.

An extra special thank you to Connie Lopes whose kindness and professionalism single-handedly kept me as a BB&T customer. THANKS also to Joan for passing on a message that was important to me and then for getting back to me as she promied.

Wish it wasn't just drive through I don't have a deggone car to do such.
