TRUIST/BB&T IS THE WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY. Whoever the “male” worker at this bank needs an attitude adjustment. Especially after illegally adjustment my account. This is NOT the first time an employee accessed my account and changed information on it without my consent. A teller STOLE 200 straight out of my account she wrote herself a “teller withdrawal” out of my account and management refused to explain what happened and then told me it would be 3-5 days until it was back in my account. THIEVES. Police have been called and there will be an investigation on this branch and the S Salisbury branch.

Don’t know what her name was but her attitude was disgusting. Will not be using this branch ever again. Disgusting personalities everywhere. Purr queen.

RUN... don't walk away from BB&T... they purposely hold your funds from deposit so your other checks bounce ON PURPOSE... just had them admit that to me on the phone... A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION!

That bank is so horrible every month I only got a SSI check every month direct deposit and they take feespeople don't know that's not a work chat I don't get it you work check I get an SSI check every month people don't understand that I get an SSI check every month and taking terrible feeds I love my money I want to close my account but I don't have no ID I wonder how I can I get myself out of that bank I've been with that bank six six years old seven years or something like that and it's terrible the feeds come out to my every month it is so terrible please do not use BB&t is a terrible big to go to I do not like them myself everytime I might have been taken and I'll get that much every month horrible horrible Bank don't think they're bank somewhere

Banks needs to have drive-up window open by 7::30 not 9:00 .
