I love this branch, I actually go out of my way a little bit just to go to this one. The inside is nice and the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's never a line at the ATM and I always feel safe coming to this location.

I like this branch as its smaller than most and very personable. Debbie the manager is great as well as the other employees. I have my personal and business accounts with them as well as financed two vehicles always good rates and pleasure to work with thank you...

This Bank gets worst every time I go, the tellers never want to help or work they makes excuses for everything so that they wont make the transactions. Rude, and not helpful with any information. This does not apply to Tammy she is the only one there willing to help customers. Due to the rudeness of the staff I have to go to another branch that is about 20 minutes away from my company and is really making me consider switching bank, im on my breaking point!

Worst experience ever in my life I have bb&t buisness account more then 17years the teller Sebastian omg what a attitude I think he don't like to work at all he have issue with my deposit he have issue to cash my check out So rude no words describe Please guys stay away from Sebastian Manager or supervisor please notice

To cash a BB&T check at BBT is $8 To cash the very same check at Walmart is $3. Talk about backwards. 😂😂 Made the mistake of going back. Its like they work hard not to work.. smh
