Truist Woodyard Rd, Clinton

Not having a good experience with Truist. Stopped my SunTrust ATM card. Haven't received new Truist card. Came to bank to pull money and they are closed before 2pm on Sat. Wth.

The workers here are rude and always have an attitude. My boyfriend was sent to deposit checks for our company and the teller was very rude, cut him off when talking , and started to question him. The week previously the teller was complaining that I had 10 deposit and said I was holding up the whole line. Don’t go to this location!!!!

The fact that all the backs tailors are already behind glass even before the COVID started they were already protected behind a thick glass.. so the fact you can’t go inside makes no sense.. and they are super slow

Worst Branch in Maryland. Don’t go there

I understand about the covid 19 but i dont understand why they can't open the inside up now i have worked this whole time the guy said appointment only i have been waiting for 40 mins now he said only 10 people at a time im looking ay 15 cars out here still waiting at drive though

7\4\2015 The drive though is displaying open everything is set up like a regular day so I put my bank card ,Check and driver lic. in the holder and pushed send now I have no way of getting around without my drivers license so for some body did not do their job now I have to pay the price until the bank reopen on Monday

Been standing in line for 30 min still waiting line out the door 2 of 5 employees working the Windows and are slow and they even have the drive through closed..... Worst encounter ever

Every SunTrust I walked in always have long lines and one person behind the counter.. the lines will be literally to the door.. go to capital one
