Truist 17th St, Atlanta

Location on 17th street is run by incompetent people. The manager and employees do not care about customer service and do not know Truist policy. They do not care to do their jobs, they are trying to go home.

I was having the WORST morning ever. Found a bunch of strange charges on my account the night before. I'm unfamiliar with the area. I kept driving in circles trying to find a BB&T. FINALLY found this place. Free parking up to two hours. Went inside and asked to speak to someone in an office. They sent me over to Dee Thomas. Not sure what her title is there, but she was EXTREMELY helpful. Not just from the banking aspect, but on a personal level. She calmed me down, and I left the bank having a WAY better day than when I came in. I never thought I would say that before. HAHA.

Bad service! 7 days to get my small business check cash in to my account. Now we understand why your bank failed! It is very bad system and make no sense to wait 7 days.

Banking Business - right I just think of professional money handling at its finest !

As I was walking to High museum, I noticed that BB&T had art in their lobby. I found out it was actually canned food formed into different installations to bring awareness. They were very nice, that I came in to view and take a few pictures.

BBT LOAN DID NOT TELL ME DURING MY BBT LOAN APPLICATION BBT HAS A FEDERAL VIOLATION BB&T Corp. will pay $83 million to the federal government to settle charges that it violated the law in its handling of Federal Housing Administration loans!! BBT WILL CHARGE YOU A$35 FEEE FOR LOST CHECKS THAT ARE MISSING BUT I HAD PROOF IT IS THEIR FAULT! I ALMOSY GOT LATE FEES BECAUSE BBT LOST MY CHECKS!! AND BBT MANAGEMENT VIOLATED ANOTHER FEDRAL LAW ABOUT SERVICE DOGS!! AND BBT MANAGEMENT HAVE ZERO EMPHATY FOR PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY AND HATES ON SERVICE DOGS.!GO TO WELLS FARGO ATLANTIC STATION -GET $400 TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT!! WELLS FARGO MANAGEMENT ARE KIND TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY AND SERVICE DOG.. ALSO THE BBT 800 NUMBER YOU CALL FOR HELP WASTES YOUR TIME. AFTER 15 MINUTES ON HOLD TIME DOES NOT RESOLVE LOST CHECKS!!
