the atm machine outside counted my money wrong that I was depositing and I tried taking it out and redoing it. Counted it wrong three times. On another occasion it kept freezing when trying to withdraw another day. I had to go to bank of america and pay a fee to retrieve my money.

The service has changed since the merge of trust. The accounts app is having problems & no one wants to address it, they blame it on you. No one wants to help you over the phone when you have issues with their new app. The waits are 1 hr or more on the phone and if they can't help you, they just hang up on you.

Extreme incompetence. They lock clients out of their account and say that you engage in fraud, when you call they tell you that you need to go into the branch. When you go into the branch they tell you (yell at you) that you are rude. They tell you that they fixed the problem when it isn't fixed. The main manager Flickinger is never in the branch and no one at the branch can help you without his help. It borders on criminal. Stay far away from this bank.

BB and T of Hammonton is by far the best bank I have ever used. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always been treated with courtesy and have never had an issue that was not easily resolved. I whole heartedly recommend this bank.

The customer experience i have everytime is so horrible id rather go 30 minutes out of my way to do any banking. They really need to get better associates

We r a customer in Florida at bb&t and we were happy to find a branch near where we stay in Jersey. The staff is great.

Since they became BBT things have improved, like the website. This branch the staff is friendly and helpful. Has an ATM near the drive-thru.

Probably the worst bank known to mankind. They don’t even give you debit card until 4 weeks after

It ok not recommended they make everything 10x harder
