I went to the drive-through yesterday around three-ish in the afternoon and three cars were in the other lanes they came in after me. They service the other three people so I kept pushing the call button and the lady said her computer went down. I think she was purposely not helping me. So I asked her to return my money. She Did not offer to deposit my money. She kept saying her computer was down but they helped everybody else. I’ve never seen this happen at any drive through in all my years banking.

Time to look for another bank! Slowest service ever! Drive thru and inside the bank! If you have a business account look elsewhere! Their ability to provide cash is awful!

I was surprised to read the bad reviews of this branch. I walked in about two months ago to open an account and had a great experience with Chi Ngo. So good, in fact, that I kept her business card and opened another account today. I highly recommend her. It is a small branch and there is a little wait, but I heard a lot of friendly tellers interacting very patiently with customers on both my recent visits.

Slowest bank ever in America I thought Regions was bad. I left yesterday bc they took so long I'm back today and guess what I'm here now and no cars have moved.

Chi is very rude and did not help me at all. Her coworkers, the other tellers, act like they’re irritated by her and they act like they don’t like her. I feel that I understand why. She doesn’t know anything about her job and she doesn’t pay attention to anything you tell her. She was beyond rude to me and she ruined my day. I was only trying to deposit a check but she made my visit to Suntrust very complicated. If I could give a single worker at Suntrust zero stars, I would. The other employees there were amazing. They were very nice to me. But Chi, on the other hand, was just awful to me. I hope she doesn’t work there anymore by the time I have to go back (if I ever go back) to that location.

I have been banking with SunTrust since 2013. Seldom have I asked for help other than just holding my money. My husband is a quadriplegic and I have a power of attorney document saying I can sign for my husband. I needed a document notarized and with my husband sitting there in the bank they would not notarize the document. They would not acknowledge the power of attorney. I had just had knee surgery and walking is difficult for me as well as getting my husband in the bank. Their customer service is terrible!!!

After driving to four different branches trying to get a cashier's check printed, we had the misfortune of ending up at this branch. Only one teller working and a line of 10+ people. Teller was very rude and made no effort to help us at the counter for the withdrawal. Will definitely be closing my account and bank elsewhere.

0 Customer Service. I went through drive and waited 26 minutes to be attended to - 2 people arrived after me, and they were given preference - left before me. Customer service training should be PRIORITY.

These people are disgusting. They closed my account for without cause or request.
