Truist GA, Conyers

I live in Texas and I can never get anyone in the phone. I have been waiting for a card for 3 months. I came to Georgia to go in person and the branches aren’t open. I hate it here

Horrible customer service, will never visit this branch ever again, tellers act like they’re doing me a big favor??? Always something negative from teller, cannot believe it I was the only person there and still couldn’t get simple transactions done, drove to sister branch and like always got awesome service, unbelievable.

Extremely slow, they are more concerned about talking with each other than serving you. ATM won't take deposits, and they never answer you in the drive through. Their chips in bank cards stop reading every few months I have had 6 cards now.

This place is terbbb! The bank tellers don’t want to work. The customers service experience is disgusting. I recommend any other suntrust branch than this one!

I wish they had negative stars for Google Reviews because this particular bank would receive -5. Worst customer service and incompetent employees. Even the branch manager is ignorant to company policy. Please train these employees before giving them access to SunTrust customer accounts.

They are a very small bank branch, not open on the week ends because they stay open longer during the week. The people working there are very home town friendly..its my bank.i have no complaints.

ATM ate my money and gave me a receipt that pretty much just said "oops". Switched to chase

Absolutely terrible , will change accounts ASAP.. Terrible customer service, no clue how there even still in business! Isn’t worth your time of a rainy day!
