Clearly shows DT open at 830, yet here I sit with the drive thru closed. Horrible people and services

I have not had good experiences with this bank. The customer service absolutely sucks. You would think that they would value their customers more than they do. Also, if you ever have to get any paperwork filled out I pity you because they have no idea what they are doing. Not to include that the wait time, which is understandable because sometimes they can be busy, but I feel like you shouldn’t wait in line for almost an hour either.

The first time I came to this branch 3 months ago, I waited for 30 minutes while an employee ate her sandwich and closed out stations instead of assisting customers. The second time I came here I made an appointment to avoid this same problem. The appointment was made for 4:15pm, and I waited until 4:30pm for another meeting to finish. After that, I was told another customer had been waiting longer, although they hadn’t called ahead and made an appointment. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! Waited in drive through for 45 minutes without the line moving at all!!

The best bank to do business with. They staff is friendly and very helpful!

Spoke with a rep. And keep getting charged for a maintenance fee
