Truist Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach

I over heard Amanda being rude to one of our employees trying to cash one of our checks at her branch. Okeechobee and Haverhill. She’s refusing to cash a check signed by the owner who she is claiming after 10 years isn’t a signer on his own account. Now the owner is driving to location to help this man get paid so we don’t lose a valuable employee! We should move all our money , we have 3 business accounts with this bank! Unbelievable!

This was my bank since the bank that owned it before them . The staff (Andre, Amanda, Melini and Porsha are so great. They are quick. And they remember their customers. The lobby is clean and so is the parking lot. They always greet me by first name and Porsha really helped us with much needed financial help. Love you guys

I don’t bank there but had to cash a check. Never felt so welcomed walking in a bank. I am coming back to open an account. My bank doesn’t even treat me that good.

So friendly and let's you make a bank account unlike the other banks where I had to go through some weird process. I can finally get my business done.

Worst customer service experience I ever had they need to take a customer service class so they learn how to keep up wit what they said when people opened accounts

They closes my line of credit because my score went down a bit after never missing a payment in years stay away from this banks

Long waiting for on line help,. To correct YOUR ERROR

Apparently you can't invest in anything when you bank with BB&T my account is blocked due "unusual transactions" with no time frame given even though you tell them what exactly happened. I mean I only have a family feed and I only have bills to pay especially in these rough times. I came for something so simple and you guys are literally doing the most. You guys need to give me my money that I worked for this is outragous. How much of garbage do you have to be to do that? GIVE ME MY MONEY.

This review is not for this location but for BB&T in general . Don't get a mortgage with them I have issues with them all the time . Then you call the customer service number and They have extremely rude people answering the calls that are not at all helpful nor do they want to be . Always a bad experience.
