Truist US, New Port Richey

The 2 ladies that wanted on me at the drive through today at 11:30 am are the rudest tellers I have experienced in my 40 years of banking . I will never visit this branch again and considering closing my 4 business accounts with Sun Trust!

Hi, The sweetest, most accommodating, professional, proficient staff in this bank. I have never encountered a Bank that totally helps as well as understands the customers. As I have gone to several banks for the same purpose no body just cares but UT LE did, she understands my problem and she made it so easy and explains to me and helped me a lot, so I recommend this bank to every one. UT LE is the best and thanks for your help and service!!!!!

Some of the most respectful, helpful, and down to earth people. Margie and Alex are always going above and beyond even with the small staff in this branch. The only way I could see someone giving them a negative review is if you wanted them to go around policy and they told you no.

Literally been months and still no ATM, I've seen complete banks built faster

Has to be the slowest bank branch in the world. The building is also filthy and worn down. The drive thru equipment is full of dust and dirt. No pride in their job or company.

Fast friendly service. Only complaint is if you don't have a account with them 7$ check cashing.
