If there was a way to put zero stars... I would! I have been on the phone for 3 hours with no answer and no results. I have been in the lobby waiting for 1 hour already with no help. The guy in the "branch Leader's" office told the lobby that there are only 2 employees and the wait is u determined. This is horrible and will definitely look into banking at a different bank. Truly avoid this bank at all costs!!!!

It is most worst bank in the world. So bad service and the wait time is too long all the time, through the drive t or inside in the bank. Very bad and just considered to find another bank and transferred my accounts.

Today was the first time in 3 years I didnt have to wait in line. Thats the most positive thing their is to tell you about this branch. I have been in animal shelters that smelled better. Not to offended animal shelters by comparing this SunTrust bank to them. The service is slow and you better check your receipts. I gave the teller and additional 300 dollars towards the principle on my mortgage and she forgot to credit my acct for it. I guess she would of had an extra 300 in her drawer at the end of the day. I old branch was a totally different story.

I should not have to wait 30+ mins to be helped. I thought Suntrust was bad in VA.... this is absolutely ridiculous. 5 workers in the building. Only 2 people working. If there was a “0 stars” that’s what they would be getting. Very disappointed.

I have to agree with others. This is the worst Suntrust branch I have been to. I only stop at this one if I can’t make another before closing. They are slow, and don’t appear to concerned about it either. Attitude of staff is not professional. The branch looks poorly maintained and and less than clean.

Horrible. No one available, transferred me to the branch manager who wasn’t available , recording said leave your name and number and someone will call you back then it said mailbox was full and you can’t leave your name and number. Then I pressed 0 for assistance and got the branch manager recording again. A real mess.

Slow very slow. Either they need to hire more part time tellers to move the lines faster during high peak hours or have the tellers work faster.

Slowest drive through in existence. 3 cars 45 mins. Going inside isn't any better.

Great attention to customers, the clerks are very fast!!! usually it's take me, no more than five minutes to do my transactions and again the personnel is very courteous and professional!!!!
