This is the WORST bank to open a business bank account with. The employees all give you 1 standard answer to every question and have no empathy whatsoever. Small business look elsewhere to open an account, I can’t understand why anyone is still even with this greedy establishment.

No weekend hours for people who work during business hours. My pay check is from bb&t so I decided to go and cash my check during lunch only me and my co worker in line with two tellers working they said we will be right with you, so we are waiting three or four more people come in the tellers knew they were already account holders and asked them to come on up over looking me and my co worker. Totally rude and definitely changed my mind on getting an account with them when ever I had time during regular business hours.

There's no truist here, it's permanently closed.....

So I guess opening up at 9am does not apply to those who need to get into the vault or getting $2.00 bills because apparently there is a certain teller that can do that for you and she shows up whenever. Get it together BB&T!
