Truist N Hwy, Mt Pleasant

Went in to withdrawal money from my business account. Seems like they are having issues with the new bank cards. Daniel the teller told me I needed to wait until someone called me on the phone. I clarified that my immediate need was withdrawing money from my account. Guess he didn't understand, asked his manager how to get my card activated. Then said I needed to wait and probably would get a call after hours - Odd. I again said Daniel I need to withdraw money, that was my immediate need. Not sure if he was embarrassed that I wasn't doing what he was telling me to do. He proceeded to raise his voice - so everybody in the lobby could hear, "how much money would you like to withdraw from your account?". I said Daniel it would be good to keep this conversation between me and you. He then got angry and said I don't like the way your talking to me, I've decided not to help you. After that odd ball and self obsorbed response I had nothing nice to say. To managment: this is a bank where I keep my money and Daniel works for this bank, is he new or simply does not care about the customer? Not a good look. Ended up driving to Daniel Island no pun intended and the teller was immediately able to withdrawal money from my account.

Terribly unhelpful and rude. A branch representative here, Julian Castillo, literally told me "sir, I can't help you if I don't know you" about charges on my account. Quite possibly the most stunning response I've ever gotten from a place of business much less a bank. I hope they find better manners and morals for their own sake.

I have been waiting for a debit card for 3 months for a new business account I have opened. They keep reordering it and telling me it will just be a few days. I cannot get anyone to do more than just press the reorder button. They really do not seem to care at all.

This BB&T is very much like any other BB&T you have been to. The address locates the bank on Hwy 17S even though the bank actually faces Brickyard Pkwy. Once you reach Brickyard Pkwy, the bank is just past on the right. There is a deceleration lane which you take and turn right onto the property. You are actually behind the building when you pull in. Continue driving (slowly), drive past the traffic exiting the bank until you reach a lane that runs between the bank and the adjoining strip mall. Drive past the bank on the right until you come to the entrance which is on the right. Turn in and you will recognize the same bank layout you're probably familiar with.

This is the best BB&T in all off Mount Pleasant. One particular employee stands out(they are all amazing) but Chelsea is always more than helpful and takes care of all my personal as well as business banking needs effortlessly. It's actually a joy to come in rather than doing things online because of the customer service I receive at this particular branch. Please keep on the good work and everyone there deserves a pat on the back.

Their ATM are my debit card and my cash deposit without crediting my account. The customer service inside the bank was awful. Their entire system was down and instead of putting an out of order sign on the ATM they just had about 8 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. This bank sucks!

Great customer service! Jullian listened to my issue and solved it! It was nice having a person that was understanding and personable. Keep up the good work!

Treat you like family. It is a small bank atmosphere wrapped inside a large bank. All Suntrust branches should be modeled after them. Always nice and pleasant.

I am thankful for being welcomed in each time I enter. I know we are giving them our money and paying them to be nice (ha ha) but even so, people are sincere.

I opened a checking account and 7 days later they charged me the monthly service fee before I even received my debit card!
