Truist Merchant Dr, Knoxville

Can never be a convenient trip, ATM always down or some white truck blocking my way. Don’t have time to sit and wait for tellers

Was issued a check by a contractor that banked with bb&t I took tge check to the merchant's dr location and presented it. They ask if I had an account which I didn't but the company that wrote me the check did. They told me I had to pay a fee since I didn't have an account. I ask them if they were going to charge my bank a fee when they presented it the next business day. The teller said no I asked why should I then and left. This has to be a real sorry institution to need a fee on a check written against them.

This place.... if changing banks wasn’t such a hassle I’d be gone.. bb&t still refuses to open the lobby. All the while this branch the tellers are literally in a bullet proof vault. We set in line most days 15-45 minutes to make deposits and get change. They are literally having people open accounts through a teller window. Horrible horrible service.

Very helpful kind and friendly helped me move from another state made the process quite easy was done very quickly every time iv been In there since it's been like this is my home town great management thumbs up all around
