Their computer systems were moving as slow as molasses but Desy was super helpful and patient through the whole process to get my business taken care of.

Very lazy bank at this location. When I walked in this bank, there were no any customers inside. Two tellers sat at there. One teller told me they were busy and could not help. I asked if I could return tomorrow morning? She told me that tomorrow morning they still in busy. I had to walk out from this lazy bank. Never visit this lazy bank again.

Lazy. Went in to add my son. It would have required all of 5 minutes. I was the only customer at the branch. 2 tellers just standing there. 1 guy sitting at his desk and another lady in her office on the phone. I was sent away and told they couldn’t help me. Laziness. I’ve banked with Suntrust for 20 years I really hope this isn’t their new level of service. This branch needs new staff.

Updating my review of this specific branch. The tellers are nice but it is a bank - the branch manager felt stone cold. Don't expect to receive understanding or compassion here. I ended up calling SunTrust's customer service line, and while they could not do anything for me, they explained it in an understanding manner. Good luck.

Five stars. Very helpful and polite. The bank is never crowded and is very efficient. I would like evening extended hours one night a week though until 7:30. Other than that they are wonderful.

This new branch is extremely convenient to us in Lake AJ Village. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and goes beyond normal expectations to help us get things done on our business account.

We had an appointment but had to wait half hour to finish previous customers. And the person who assisted us, she wasn't preparing anything.

Beautifully decorated and an excellent and friendly staff.
