I never knew you needed a reason to request a new debit card for a separate account that was recently opened; with pending funds to be deposited... Horrible customer service. The banker actually told me I couldn't get another debit card because I was going to rob the place blind... It's sad when people profile you and you probably have more money than they do in your accounts. Bbt lost a 10+ year customer, because of this closed minded banker they employ. Please take heed...

Inside tellers are great. Atm is always down. Invest in some new technology! Yall should have the money yall charge $8 to cash checks for non clients.

ATM never works. I've probably gone to the ATM to deposit or withdraw about 60 times in the past year, and it's only been in service maybe 6 times. What's the point of even having an ATM? Always have to end up driving all the way up town. Total hassle.

VERY VERY RUDE bank tellers in the front. Always has a smart comment to say about anything and messed up our house payments. I never recommend coming to this bank! Only bank with bb&t in Thimasville.
