This branch is terrible, the lady here Zudy she is so mean, rude to client. She is one of the brand manager and she is horrible . She talk on the phone when people waiting to deposit. She laughing ha ha without even say hello to client. Terrible experience !

The hours posted on Google are wrong they change the hours so be careful and some days it just close without telling anybody

Horrible service. I've had good experiences with BB&T before going to this branch. They signed me up for a credit line that I didn't want even when I denied a credit card and didn't fully explain what they were signing me up for in order to earn commission. They didn't call me back when I asked for assistance in removing the credit line. Switching banks.

Amelia is the absolute best! If you have any issues she's the one to go to because she will get it done!
