I really enjoy coming and doing my banking here. Ms Bryant one of the charming young ladies behind the window always has a contagious warm smile no mater how her day goes and gives the best customer service above and beyond. She is the Sun in Suntrust.

Depends on who is helping you. I've had bad attitude older lady banker, then last week I had a really nice tall lady that assisted me with a nice hair cut.

DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST ! THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT UNEXPECTEDLY AFTER I DEPOSITED MY SETTLEMENT CHECK ! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY AND THEY WILL NOT RELEASE MY MONEY TO ME AT ALL !!! THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICANS, I GUESS BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT MY CHECK WAS AND THE ZIP CODE I'M IN MY FUNDS ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT ! I CANNOT PAY MY BILLS OR FEED MY KIDS, THE REPS WON'T TELL ME ANYTHING AND THE SUPERVISORS WONT TELL ME ANYTHING ! DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST !!! I DEPOSITED THE CHECK AND THEY RELEASED ! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN 1 WEEK LATER IM BEING INVESTIGATED BY FRAUD! THE CHECK IS LEGITIMATE BUT THEY DO NOT CARE, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ! I BROKE NI RULES, THERE WAS NO NEGATIVE BALANCE AND I DID NOT MISUSE MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS ONLY OPEN FOR 1 WEEK !

The branch manager is rude, disrespectful and they are rude ! And they’re setting a bad example for Suntrust bank...

Slow service. Like they can't see the line behind that big ass glass!
