All of the guys at Trius are extremely helpful and Cooperative. They also go above and beyond whether it’s giving advice or letting you know if things are in your best interest!! I met David at a Baltimore networking lunch that was organized by Mark Owens. David was very open and forthright about how to purchase properties using hard money. His personality was very down to earth and genuine, which put us (my husband and I) at ease with the process. After about 3 months of local and national lenders failing to perform on a small loan for a rental property in Baltimore, Trius Lending Partners were able to fund the deal in less than a week. The deal had a Baltimore Ground Rent issue and Trius was able to quickly resolve the issue by utilizing the resources of their legal partners. Some of the lenders that failed did not want to fund the deal because of the Ground Rent issue. Trius does their best to understand their client's situation so that the best possible funding solution can be provided. Trius Lending Partners will be my go to lender for future deals.
