After trying for a year to hire surveyors to come out and survey so that I could get a flood certificate to send to my insurance company I finally found Trinity and It took them about a month to complete everything that was required of my insurance company. They told me they would mark my corners for $750 and 12 weeks. I went somewhere else and got $350 and by the end of next week.
Dalton, thank you for taking time to leave feedback. According to the message we received from you, you requested to have your property lines marked. Marking lines does increase cost as it adds material and labor hours to a job. To clarify, our quote was for marking property lines, not just corners. We take time to ensure that our customers are given a fair and competitive quote and we are regularly told that our prices are lower than quotes from competing companies. In regards to lead time, many companies in our area are estimating 8-12 weeks for new jobs (at the time of this reply). As a small company that receives multiple new requests daily -- residential and commercial, statewide -- we work hard to meet the increased demand of work and remain on-schedule. You can't go wrong with this company! They gave me a quote that was lower than most and then lowered the bill even more than the quote upon payment! Very honest company which is hard to find these days. They came out in a timely manner completed the work quicker than expected and went above and beyond my request. Then Philip was nice enough to meet me after their hours to explain the work in person. If anyone ever has any surveying needs in the upstate I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Trinity!!
