Michael Hamblin was a pleasure to work with and still amazing after the closing. I'm a 40+ single female that's fairly handy and have renovated prior homes myself. Unlike other realtors, Michael showed me any property I wanted to see from near tear-down to great conditions, and he was never once condescending or treated me like I might be wasting his time. Ultimately my home purchase was a bit rough, mostly due to shady sellers and an incompetent title company chosen by the sellers. Michael helped me navigate and sort through several hiccups, and even after the day of the closing (where we found out there were no keys for any door locks and no way to secure the home) Michael came back later during my move to help swap some door locks and make sure I was safe the first night in my home. I would absolutely recommend Michael as an excellent realtor out of the Tribeca office, and a truly amazing human being! Thank you Michael!
