We love Travis Credit Union, nothing but positive experiences but most importantly they have the most professional people working there! Nicole has always helped our family with our banking needs and we are so thankful they have someone like her working there.

I'll probably transfer my newly opened bank account with Chase over here to Travis Credit Union. This place is really nice and the employees are very helpful and friendly. I came in today to get a document notarized and was helped by Aristeo - he was very friendly and down to earth. Made us feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great quality service! Thanks Aristeo!

Started with Travis overseas then transferred to California. Comprehensive lending, good rates and good people. Hated to see the Bank Manager Loretta retire, known her for about 30 years. All good things must end they say. Hopefully, changes will be gradual, the new Merced Manager has very large shoes to fill. My concept is, if it's not broke, don't fix it.

I took a loan out to buy my car. Back in 2013. It's almost paid off. The best Travis credit union. Bank.

I just tried to deposit money in the ATM machine outside of PetSmart in Merced. It stole my $20 that I needed to deposit into my savings account and I tried calling the help number provided but none of the phone numbers provided assistance. Now, the bank itself is closed and I have no idea what to do but now I'm left with no money, I'm a college student that needed that money and there seems to be no help that I can recieve. So angry.

Great bank!!! Unfortunately there is a lady that's pretty rude I came in the office thinking she was going to fix my issue and instead she responded that's not our problem when it had something to do with there system..."I was expecting I'm sorry for the system issues and a don't worry I'm going to do the best to fix this problem and instead I got a that ain't our problem"?????

The staff makes you feel at home. It's difficult to discuss finances but they make you feel like you're talking with family.
