I bought a Toyota Camry and worked with two sales consultant's Erica Valdez and Jamie Dunn. I called and texted Jamie numerous times and he always answered or texted back. Erica was the one there at the dealership that helped me to get the color and car I wanted. She is very knowledgeable. She answered every question I asked and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. She sat with me in the car and helped me pair my phone and showed me all the features of the car. She is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend both of them if you want to buy a car!

I was very excited to look at vehicles, used and new. Mark was great. He was kind and enthusiastic. Initially, I was referred to Aspen, who was also very compassionate and kind. I had a good feeling about this place at first. Mark let me test drive a nice jeep renegade. I may have even bought it. As I was waiting for my offer from Mark and my appraisal on my used toyota camry xle, I started to get a bad feeling. The whole place wreaked of weed. The bathrooms were broken. There was no coffee to drink. This may have just been due to the freezing weather. But what happened next is what really upset me. As I sat in the weed soaked stench of a room that is known as Toyota of Santa Fe, I began to feel like something was very wrong. All of a sudden, Mark came up to me, after 30 minutes of waiting, and said that he had an offer for me. They offered me $250 for my car and a monthly rate on the used jeep. I said, "you know what, I think I'm going to wait to save some more money before I invest in a vehicle in order to put a down payment on it. I'd like to leave now. Can I have my keys back?" Mark was totally fine with this. He said "ok, I'll get your keys." 20 minutes later. No keys. I finally went up to the front desk and said, "you know, I'd really like my keys back. I want to leave." Again, I waited for twenty minutes while I watched some man behind a glass window yell at Mark and hand him a paper. Mark came back after that twenty minutes and said "I have new numbers." I said "I'd really just like my car keys back and maybe come back another day." Mark said ok. I waited. And I waited. Still no keys. I asked two other people if I could get my car keys back, as I watched Mark plead with the man behind the glass for my keys. Finally, the man behind the glass came out and handed me another paper with way lower monthly rates. I said "I'd really just like to leave, can you give me back my keys?" He went back behind the glass and worked there for ten more minutes. Finally, Mark came back with my keys and said "I'm really sorry about that. Here's some even lower numbers for a monthly payment on the jeep." At this point, I felt like I was in some sort of hostage situation and might develop Stockholm syndrome and buy something I didn't even want in order to appease my captors. But I was free to leave after an hour of these guys holding my car hostage in order to bully me into a sale. I did not take the sale, and most likely, I will never go back, unless I am promised that the man behind the glass will never have anything to do with my sale again. I only wish that I knew the man behind the glass' name because then I could name the real bully in this situation. Not good customer relations. I prefer empathy over bullying in terms of sales tactics.

Needed service to my vehicle while traveling across the country and getting check engine, PCS and Maint Req lights. The service advisor got me in on their full Saturday schedule and took care of all my problems plus changed the oil while getting me out the door by noon! Very satisfied!

I was interested in looking at a car here a few weeks ago but since I live and work in Abq. I was unable to make it for a few days. When I was going to make an appointment to look at the car I noticed the listing had disappeared. I got a call from them the next day asking if I was still interested. I told the woman it looked like they didn't have the car anymore. She said she would check and call me back but never did. I got another call a couple days later asking if I was still interested in the car. I told the woman they sold the car I was interested in so there was no need to call me anymore. She apologized and said she would remove me from the call list. Since then I've been receiving calls almost daily, sometimes twice a day. Even though I blocked them they are still able to leave a 3 minute long voicemail with what appears to be background noise. Their constant calls and empty voicemails have reached harrassment levels at this point. 1 star because I am unable to leave zero or a negative.

It took nearly 2 hours of waiting to get a vehicle originally purchased here appraised, when I was told this would be done in under half an hour. Shawn Baker was the one I originally talked to to get this done, and after giving him the key to look at it, I waited over an hour and a half without hearing anything back; I complained, and asked for Shawn to hurry up. Shortly after someone else entirely approached me to look at the car. After the second person looked at it, I had all the required numbers in under 20 minutes. After all the fuss, they appraised the car at $4,000 when it was originally purchased for $8,000 from the lot less than 6 months earlier. Could not recommend to anyone to buy a car here. Especially not with Shawn Baker.

Had to buy a car or keep paying for a rental car. Visited many dealerships in Santa Fe. Toyota was the only dealership interested in talking to me and helping me find a car I could afford. Halle was great. She was excited to help me find a car. Let's just say, the next time I need a car, Toyota will be my first and last stop. If you visit Toyota, ask for Halle. She and all the staff at Toyota made buying a car less stressful. I love my perfect little car. Thank you, Toyota of Santa Fe.
