During the pandemic I was in need of change and decided to move to Charlotte after visiting in April 2021. Using websites like Zillow and Relators by myself didn’t help due to their unresponsive nature. A family member recommended that I use Kendall to help me. This was the best decision I could’ve made. Kendall Toney was absolutely amazing!!!!!! He helped us get into our lovely home back in November 2021. It was a longggg process but he was patient and thorough with every aspect! I first would like to commend Kendall on his professionalism. I’ve owned over 7-different Propeties across 3-states and have worked with many different agents. My experience with Kendall was superb. It was white-glove service throughout the entire process. He kept me well informed and was very responsive to any of my concerns or questions. We closed my loan in approximately 16-days!!! When we started this journey I really was looking into buying a pre-existing home. It turned out to be a rat race and unrealistic because of the current market. However after a lot of education and turn down of offers in the housing market. We took a different direction and decided to do new construction. I’m so happy with my decision and new home!
