Love Tom Stidham State Farm. Have been with them since I was 17. More than 40 years. Love the office staff and location. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with all my insurance needs.

Over 40 years ago Tom Stidham became my insurance man. I have been completely satisfied with the professionalism, commitment, honesty, and dedication to excellence shown by Tom and his staff especially Denise Stewart. On the rare occasions I’ve had a claim they are always willing to assist with any questions or issue I may have had. It’s a terrific feeling to know they have my best interest in mind and are always available. Thank you Tom, Denise, and staff.

I have been with Tom and his associates since December of 1993. He/they have been there for me any time I needed help. They know there business and Tom keeps up with latest changes. He knows his clients (that is what I call us. Might not be right word but he knows our names). If something comes up helpful to us, he has called to advise what is happening. I highly recommend him and his associates.

Absolutely would not recommend. Insured for three months, my plan amount changed 3 times! They removed a discount over me not signing a form that I knew nothing about and charged me $18.71 for it and now refuses to give it back or even let me talk to Tom, myself. Don’t bother calling Statefarm either, because they’ll take the word of a rude, hateful office manager. Way to go Statefarm. Let’s lose a customer and ANY recommendations over $18.71.

I was Tom Stidham's client for 3 years after moving here from Kansas. I never met the man and had never talked to him in those 3 years. Last month they thought I was late on my insurance payment (I had actually paid it on my phone the day it was due). They called me inquiring about the payment. NOW...what I can say is the only time you hear from these people is when they want money. There is no personal touch in this office. After I asked them to transfer my policies to another agent, Tom finally called me....3 days later asking why? Not the kind of agent I want.

The customer service in this office is top notch. Tom has years of experience and they truly care about taking care about helping you make the right decisions regarding your policy.

I am so thankful for the people in this office. I was recently involved in a wreck and had no idea what to do first, they called the tow company for me and sent them to me and has helped me every step of the way after.
