Toledo Urban Federal Credit Union Dorr St, Toledo

I have been in this Credit Union many times and every time I go the service is very friendly and professional. I believe it's an asset to our community and many people have benefited from their service. I will keep my business account there. The CEO has been very helpful and she keep a smile on her face.

I made this my credit union almost a year ago and I'm so glad I did. I love them all. My money is always available to me. They are always concerned with they people. I'm always buying books 😃 I absolutely love that they do this. Iam one satisfied customer. Although I never been to the location downtown I love at my people at the dorr location.

Very helpful and caring credit union the staff is awesome and Eric in the loan department is very good at what he do I highly recommend this credit union for the Community and beyond!!!

There was a time I loved the Dorr/Detroit branch. Urban federal had mature and awesome employees. They offered the best customer service in town, however things have really changed. The new Employees do not offer the same great customer service and can be rude at times. I plan to start utilizing the new location and hope to get the good service again.

This is THE MOST unprofessional place I have ever encountered. The "CEO" hangs up on you if you ask questions that she does not have the answer too. The tellers are rude and ghetto. Support black business. I will never support this incompetent so called black business. It was suppose to help our community instead its useless.

Friendly tellers some are very slow but nice, I have reached out to the credit union about an issue I had no return call, i even called in and they stated someone will contact you not yet its been over a week. I'm thinking I may take my business somewhere else. I have tried to express my concerns either no answer or the phone rings and ring, but when I'm in the bank that's all there doing answering the phones. I feel the business is very unprofessional at this point.

I enjoy the customer service whenever I stop in to either location. The downtown location is more convenient for me. However when I attempt to reach someone by phone, I can't even get through. Waiting over 2 weeks for a response (happened more than once) is disappointing.

It feels good to have such a great asset to our community. They have great customer service & it is a pleasant site to see sitting on the corner of Dorr & Detroit Ave.
