    I've never had a bad experience with TCU . I moved to Pennsylvania and they helped me change everything over on the app . As far as address. I'll never change credit union these people are amazing and always super friendly

    I have no idea where these other people have had issues. I've had none. If the ATM is broken, it happens at other banks and it's not the end of the world. COVID messed everything up and maybe they were on back order. Who knows. The ladies there have been VERY informative and helpful! I work late hours and I've never met anyone in person but they never hesitate to call me if something is wrong. I do the night drop and it's in my account earlier than their regular hours. One time it was late and I thought they were possibly closed, turned out they were short staffed and the lady apologized (which is not her fault at all) and got my check deposited within a minute. I've heard great things about this Credit Union and I'm glad my experience has reached farther than expected. I previously came from a bank and they didn't notify me with anything, and they charged me with sketchy fees that were never discussed. Glad I'm apart of this company and I'll be recommending everyone!

    DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE HERE. Our loan was messed up from the get go, the loan officer informed us of a first time homebuyers program we qualified for, only to draw up the paperwork incorrectly several times. We had to push our closing date back because of the repeated issues on their end. Mr. Dickerson was both rude and unhelpful throughout this whole process. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. We switched lenders and had a new loan locked in within two days, and this one was correct. We now have our home and are extremely happy with guild mortgage.

    Trying to refinance my house through American Eagle. My rep quit halfway thru the process and went to another company. That's not a good sign. No one contacted me to inform me of this. I found out when I called him to find out the status of my loan. Started this process in June and it's still not completed. Several other things I'm not happy about. Too many to mention. Going to stop the process and go to another company. Thought going through my bank would make process easy. IT DID NOT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    This is the least helpful place I have ever been in my entire life. They cannot waive their atm fee when my bank is in another state, they cannot notarisze for me since I am not a member, and when I go to access my shared branch account (because this branch is listed on my directory), they tell me that they are not a shared branch. I will never step food in another American Eagle credit union in my life.

    I have tried to use your ATM 3 times in the past month, the most recent being today. Each time, the ATM cannot process my transaction. I will not waste any more of my time at your location, nor will I ever open an account with your facility.

    Everytime i go to the atm to put a check or cash in it says they can't process my transaction right now I'm fed up with it. Fix the atm i hate driving to Manchester to use theirs that Works!

    There are NO LIVE TELLERS AT THIS LOCATION. You talk to a monitor and a teller comes on but the TELLERS are actually at the Hazelwood LOCATION. It's a weird setup and I am NOT A FAN of this screwy system.
