I have to say I'm not into.dealing with loan companies but title Max is no joke. I was helped by a young lady named michelle and she had me in and out, once with double the amount I asked for...so like the song says..."get your title back,with title Max"...

Keep receiving calls from this place and I've never even been there! I can only imagine they want to sell me on a loan with interest 10X of what a bank would charge. These places are scum and shouldn't exist at all.

The employees here are fraudulent!!!! Last year (summer of '15) my car got repo'd . I had no idea why. When I called the police they stated that title max repo'd it and had it sent to Manheim auto auction on Keist Blvd. When I called and asked why they repo'd it they stated that a title loan was taken out on my vehicle. I asked why didnt they called to notify me immediately when clearly my name was on the title. Or better yet, why did they even grant the loan..?!?! They lady stated that the title was transfered to my ex husband and the loan was taken out by him. I then spoke to my ex husband and he admitted to doing that but when he went down to the office he asked if it was possible to take out a loan even though the title wasn't in his name, the lady than told him that it was possible but that he had to forge my signature to state that I sold him my vehicle so she can transfer the title to him and than take out the loan. My ex-husband was desperate at the time and proceeded to the instructions she gave. When I called title max to ask if they instructed him to do that the lady denied it and said that the title already had his name on it. I knew right away that she was lying. My ex husband had 3 warrants last year if he had the balls to walk into DPS to get a title transfer he would've been arrested on site. These employees are fraudulent do not trust them whatsoever!!!!
