I was unexpectedly called out of state to care for my Mother, recently diagnosed with Late Stage Alzheimers, after 8 admissions to the hospital in a 7 month period. The staff at TM was compassionate during my a sense from the Valley. During the two months I was out of state, I was so appreciative of the support and help extended to me during an incredibly stressful ordeal. It was relied in the storm of life. Daniel., Makayla, and indeed every TM rep in the store at University & Alma School deliver superior customer service time after time, take time to answer any questions, and I consider them to be "top shelf"! This country became great because of people like these!! .

Russell Patocka is always very friendly and acknowledges as we walk in the door. Never has he had an attitude not like other companies.
