These girls in the office are so rude an have no costumer service at all!! Everyone of them obviously hates there job! The cars arnt even worth it they always break down! Do not come here!! Expecially Beth an Silvia do not talk to these girls they should be fired

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. They shut your car off if you’re a day late and after you pay them they may not be able to turn your car back on. The rep gives you all kinds of attitude and then makes you wait on hold for an hour just to talk to someone else . IF YOUR ARE READING THIS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I asked to have a payment arrangement made and was told it could be split over two payments, they call me back and tell me It all has to be paid on the next payment and they are charging 60 in fees! DO NOT LEASE A CAR THROUGH LUCKY'S These people will not work with difficult situations and will shut your car off after 2 days without payment. It's so inredibly frustrating how little they are willing to work with you when they are already charging me 3x the worth of my car STAYAWAY!!! CROOKED COMAPNY! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to NEVER do business with Lucky's or Titanium Funds!!! Definitely filing a complaint with the BBB

My boyfriend bought a car here for the sole purpose of building credit. He never missed a weekly payment in 17 months on a loan with 24% interest. He was able to trade the vehicle he bought at Lucky's in at a reputable dealership but what we found out was that Titanium Funds who funds Lucky's loans only reports credit to Trans Union. We were told no one pulls credit from Trans Union. And to top it all off, Titanium only posted 14 months of payments when he actually made 17 months of payments. Be leary...

Really frustrated with this company and feel taken advantage of. I recently had a surgery and was out of work for a few weeks. Because of my recovery I work part time hours. I have asked and pleaded with any assistance they could offer like accepting partial payments weekly or even pushing back a payment. They told me they couldn't do that and even if they could I had to send them proof that I even had the surgery with the intention of telling me no. They offer no sympathy or leeway for your payments. I feel like I could be in the hospital dying and they would be calling me for a payment. They are now calling my fiancé for payments and information about me when he is listed as an emergency contact, because my payment was due four days ago. I will never do business with Lucky's or Titanium funds again and will be spreading the word.

Terrible! Do not go here if you can help it! I’m doing everything in my will power to get out of this trash car and away from these trash people and the way they do business!

Crooks! Charged me $91.00 claiming I didn’t have insurance and after providing the proof that they never had a lapse in coverage directly from my insurance company, they refuse to refund my money! Don’t do business with these crooks! Scam Artist!

WARNING!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER REFINANCING OPTIONS!! We are paying $430 a month ($215 every 2 weeks) We've tried talking to them and they refused to lower out payments and threatened to shut off our car regardless if the payment is a day or so late.. They seriously need to take everyone's financial situation into consideration to help make things alittle easier FOR THEIR SO CALLED VALUED CUSTOMERS!! Even if the loan goes out a bit longer they'd still get paid and THEIR CUSTOMERS won't struggle every month it's a win win..

I got a car from them that was breaking down. My fiancee was arrested and my car got impounded. They got my car out but told me I needed to pay them over 600 which I did not have. So since I didnt have the money and it was breaking down I just told them to keep it. I am now being garnished 11000 for a car not only wasnt worth that but also i dont have. I could understand if I was being garnished for the impound fee but for 11000 something I dont have is just a joke.
