    I have never in all my years experienced such low level scam artistry in my life before I came here. And I fought in the Vietnam war! I don't normally believe in putting your business on the computer but I feel I have a duty to the American people to inform the NOT TO COME HERE. IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST LIKE I DID.

    This is the second time I’ve dealt with tint world and Melissa and both times she was awesome, knowledgeable and professional. Going out of her way to answer questions and get the right answers. I highly recommend tint world and even more so , Melissa.

    This place is very very unprofessional i came in there Wednesday to get 70$ back for a front strip that was not put on and was told i would be refundund another 70 back from not having the strip. ROD the store manager told me he would give me back 70 more but refused to give me back my other 70 for tint removal when i didnt have tint on in first place i got economic pack and qas charged for premium they only gave me 74 dollars back and didnt even finish job i was told by rod i was givin the carbon tint as a COURTESY for everythinng that happend and he now is saying i wont get any of my money back cause i left a one star review and i went to corporate and then proceded to ban me from tint world due to me going above him because he promised me money for a stip i never got. I will already have paper work filled out for better business bureau and plan on sending it in. And i want to talk to the OWNER Brandon not rod. This is fraud and this is a scam i know my rights with my bank and if i cannot get it resolved i will claim the money i was charged that i should not have been as fraud and i have proof it is. I also want every phone call i made to tint world on riverside since they are recorded so i can also have more proof of how many different excuses there were and how i was promised i wasnt gomna be charged for and still was. I was also racially discriminated against in store on Wednesday when i went in to get my money there was another customer there who was african American who was there for same reason i was that they over charged him rod came out (also african American) and rod asked the guy next to me how can i help the customer openly admitted i was there first and he continued to ask how can he help to him. Im an Asian american. I said are you serious and then he wanted to help. But now since i went to corporate and left 1 star he refuses to give me anything back even the stuff he promised. I want audio and footage of that day when i came in. And the desk lady Cecil disrespected my mother when she came to get car. I will not tolerate this unprofessional customer service and management not know whats going on. I expect a call from Brandon the store owner or i promise you im going to follow through with this better business bureau complaint. My names Dylan sakiyama.

    First time here. If your getting tint ask for Nick. Nick did a fantastic job on my 18' Malibu. 5% tint all around. Exactly how i wanted it. Will be returning for other projects in the works.

    These guys do great work they did all my factor speaker with Skar speakers paid for sk69 but the upgraded me to tx69 after they realize they didn’t have anymore with no problem they take care of their customers

    Hit my mouth on the door coming out of their establishment. I chipped my tooth and had a mouth full of blood. I had a headache and pain immediately. I told the manager, Brandon. He told me “what do you want me to do about it” “blamed me”. He refused to call emergency services, refused to document the incident, told me there was no one above him to call. Then he told me to leave the establishment. Acknowledgement and kindness would be nice but instead I was treated like a criminal and thrown out while bleeding. See pictures of my injuries on Yelp.

    Walked right in wanting two windows tinted and got right in was able to get it done within a hour.

    First and for most. I got lied too not once not twice but three times about how long my vehicle would take. I was promised when. I payed in advance, that it would take max three to four hours to finish. I had to cancel appointments. I had after 1pm because of the unprofessional service. I was receiving not only that it seemed like a circus in there the manager was so upset that the employee who was working on my car didn’t have it done. I also witness another customer get up and go to the back with her child and start cleaning her own car windows!!! wait after her key was broken and another customer was upset at an employee for working on the wrong cables on his vehicle. I would never go back even for the warranty on my windows. I would never recommend any of my family and friends that own beautiful cars. I’m disgusted in the service. Update 6-24-2020 .... please stop sending me messages on Facebook messenger otherwise. I will consider it harassment, this issue is in the past and. I’m over it.     Alex, I apologize that you perceived your experience as anything less than perfect. When you made your appointment with me, I told you that the process takes 2-3 hours from the time we START the vehicle. When you dropped off, I told you that we would call you when the vehicle was completed. You asked if I had a guesstimate of time and I told you we don't promise completion times and you would have your car back today. You then called multiple times asking when it would be done and were again told we would call you when it was finished. You then came to the shop and decided to wait, which was fine. They were working on your car and you told the tinter that you wanted him to take his time because you wanted it done right. (We always take our time and do it right which is why we ask that vehicles be dropped off and don't promise completion times.) The "circus" you are referring to is the phones ringing non-stop and the numerous people walking in wanting to make appointments. I call that being busy.The customer you were talking to also said you told the tinter to take his time. That gentleman was the one getting the wiring done and there was absolutely nothing wrong with his job, he made a special request after the work was done. He then proceeded to stay for an hour after his vehicle was done just so he could chat with us. He was beyond happy and stated that he will now only bring his truck to us. As for the woman with her baby, she is a regular customer and a friend. Whenever she is at the shop, she cleans her car, as she has 3 children and while we do other work, she takes advantage of that time and just likes to hang out and talk to us. As I said, she is a friend and we welcome customers to become friends and have more than I can count. Oh...and SHE broke her key and we fixed if for her out of the goodness of our hearts. We pride ourselves on doing great work and I know your tint was done with great care. I'm sorry that it wasn't done to the speed with which you desired, but it was done correctly and that is the most important factor. Enjoy your new film and good luck to you.
