My experience at the Seminole Branch Banking Institution on Monday was both SHOCKING and APPALLING !

I got a new car at United Motors & Tinker Federal Credit Union agreed to finance me for the new car, all the paperwork was signed, everything agreed on & they pulled out & denied me at the last minute & they didn't have the courtesy to send me a letter in the mail to say that they denied me & why. I heard good things about TFCU from my sister that banks w/ them & I was looking forward to banking w/ them too but not now after they lied & screwed me over & I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want to be lied to & screwed over.

Don't cash your change here. I'm not from Seminole but I had a jug of change I needed to cash and didn't want to pay Coinstar fees, so I went to them. Only after I poured all my change in did they tell me they charge 25%. Then they required my ID, social and other personal info to even give me the cash. I simply said that if I had known that I wouldn't have used them. Someone I assume is the manager looked over at me with a glare and barked "it's stated on the machine!" I went back to the machine, could not find where it was stated, didn't wanna open that can of worms so I left feeling very ripped off. Maybe they're good in other ways but first impressions are everything and I will not use them for any purpose in the future.

Great job by Mrs. Talina Lee in Seminole branch She is a Great Asset in the Organization Non-stop working she might not eat lunch or nor go here and there or All the time Great work ethic Never seen such sharp young kid at a high level with her talent she need not work with her family coming from the best world of both ways She has a great family -great husband and wonderful daughter She deserves recognition across the world for these kind of talents Thanks Sri during working hours they call me "Sri" aka drjustkidding -weekends and evenings

Understaffed and slow service. One overworked teller inside this morning trying to do walk up and drive thru. Atm down 920 am may 5th

Friendly and they worked with me for the best interest rates.

Total joke and employees are extra lame
