Why would they close the lobby, and only have 3 people at the window working the whole town of Enid through a drive thru. This is the most dumbest thing y'all could've done. The tellers move at snail pace, why make a whole community use only 4 drive ups. So old and out of dated. Only bank in town having there customers wait 30 mins to speak to a teller. Don't use covid as a excuse cause all of our hands are touching the cup to place money in and it's going right back to the tellers. That's not a safety protocol. TFCU don't have any options, there slow a d ZERO customer appreciation. I should've kept my bank downtown where some individuals have common sense January 19th still no lobby service. 27 cars waiting to get money because there is no deposits for ATM. BY FAR THE WORST BANK IN ENID. I WILL BE TAKING MY MONEY AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS OS RIDICULOUS. By far the worst customer satisfaction I've ever had

I’ve seen complaints about the drive thru here lately in Enid but what ppl don’t understand is it is every Tinker in Oklahoma that closed their lobbies for safety of the members & employees over Covid. They’re just following the rules of the higher ups. It wasn’t just one branch or one person that said “oh let’s close the building”. Don’t blame one local branch for it. The lines are long because its the best bank in town & everyone goes there. The tellers don’t move at “snail pace” either, anything that was done inside the branch had to be done in the drive thru & that’s why the wait is long because of debit cards being made or bank wires being done or one of the many other things that they do, those aren’t 30 second transactions. Anything lengthy is why there was more of a wait that’s just common sense. Also Every single teller that works in that branch was working drive thru, not just “2 or 3” & had to run back & forth to their up front computers to take care of the members as fast as they could. Have some compassion & don’t assume things & put false info out into the world. They don’t like it as much as everyone else didn’t like it. Tinker is an awesome bank filled with great employees & the most friendly customer service. I myself have banked there for years and so has everyone of my family members. (Also just a p.s. they have a night drop service if you don’t wanna wait in line, it’s checked morning/night & an app that you can do stuff on as well.)

They were great in the beginning but they do not follow through with their agreements such as with my checking account I had it set up once once I was at a zero balance my card would be declined. Instead they overdraft my account into my savings. Then I had a problem with my app with a check I was treated like a criminal and I was absolutely humiliated I wrote them a letter the apology the branch manager gave me was not even sincere she didn't ask me what happened nothing. It didn't even stop there, last month I made 4 transfers with the mobile app with a toddler I found the mobile app useful so I didn't have to leave home to go to the ATM, apparently making 4 transfers it too many times in 1 month so I recived a letter that I been pentalized. I closed my account and my daughter's account with them, they're very rude and very stuck up at this bank. Not sure about the other brands but the Enid branch for sure! I am happy I left them today!

Was great till here recently. Having to sit in the drive thru line for over a hour to deposit money is a joke. If they are going to remain closed they should remove the deposit check hold on their app so your money is available when you deposit it.

They won't let you move money from your account to your other account after 1 PM or on weekends

My account went negative and then they locked my account. Makes it basically impossible to even get your account back in good standing. I guess they enjoy negative balances.

I bank here when I’m up in Enid. The drive through lane is always fast and can’t beat 3~% earnings on a checking account!
