Buying a house for the first time can be a trying experience. Add a global pandemic, a lack of housing stock and a move from out of state and the process seemed impossible. Timm Associates and more specifically our real estate agent Amy Bolton made the process so simple. Amy was reliable, always answering our questions day or night. When the seller and the attorneys had some difficulty due to a complication in the process, Amy went to bat for us always checking in with the process to make sure things moved along. She was courteous and professional while at the same time honest about places we looked at that would not have been a good fit for us. She always put us first and we never felt pressured or "sold" on anything. After we moved in she even gave us a housewarming gift! I would give 6 stars to her and Timm Associates if I could, we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Would recommend highly to anyone that is looking for an agent.

How long can a review be?! We had an accepted offer after almost 10 hours and Amy could not even have been a better agent. Every call, text, in person meeting, she was always there within seconds. My time with her was not just lovely but it was all out fun. Coming from Colorado the process was daunting. But Amy made it a pleasurable and welcomed experience and I cannot say more about how much I enjoyed her as a realtor! Thank you Amy!!

Anthony Zumbo went above and beyond for us as we searched and searched for our forever home. He was attentive, provided guidance, gave us his honest opinion when we asked, and gave us confidence we would find "the one". He put in the extra work and so much effort to make sure we got same day showings. He didn't need to be reminded about what we were looking for. He used more than just computer filters to keep an eye out for potential homes coming to the market. He was able to submit our offers very quickly and is a stellar negotiator.
