Joshua Corn was assigned to service my prospective account. He did an admirable job of thoroughly explaining the process, from minutia to macro overview. He allayed any fears I reserved regarding the product. He actually allowed me to formulate my opinion on it, which was instrumental in going forward. I initially was looking for a debt consolidation, not a debt reduction, and I chafed at the feeling on skipping out on my obligations. However, through Mr. Corn's extremely great professionalism, I was able to allow the process to percolate in my mind. Stay away, stay far away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if you do you need to understand, they will tell you 4-6 months. Nope! It's been 18 and now I'm being sued by two of the creditors for non payment. And guess what, not a single communication from this fraud company. I have paid this company over 700 a month the last 18 months and I'm still up a creek without a paddle. THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT 300+ A MONTH IS FEES FOR THEM. Your CREDIT will take a massive hit. Low 500s hit. And it will take you 5-7 years to get it back. Not 2-3 as they state. I've stopped dealing with this company because they can't do anything. Always telling me it's in negotiations. No it's not. STAY AWAY.

I would not recommend this company to no one. Terrible customer service. They make you do all the work because they are so bad at helping you. One of my accounts got turned over to a law firm and I had to go to Small Claims court because Timberline did not respond on time to avoid the issue. I will be so glad once my last 2 accounts are settled and I can say goodbye Timberline. Think twice before you use this company.

Our financial adviser, Beau Larson, was extremely helpful. He is helping us settle a very large debt amount. We are halfway there. Very pleased with the program. Only change we would suggest is more contact from customer service department for updates on account.

STAY WAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! THEY DROPPED THE BALL ON A CREDIT CARD SETTLEMENT AND AS A RESULT, THEY COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $3100. Timberline didn't accept an amazing settlement offer I had received and sent to Timberline (sent not once but twice) from the credit card company, despite my calling them and telling them to 5 times over a 5 week period... the offer expired, and the credit card company now refuses to take anything less than $3100 more than the original offer. WAY TO EPIC FAIL, TIMBERLINE! RUN WAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

For most of 2018 I have been working with Timberline Financial to help me with my debt problem that has been such a huge burden in my life. Timberline Financial has been very helpful, professional, and personal in their dealings with me and I can highly recommend them for others who have the same debt burden that I have. Ms. McCarthy has been so understanding and helpful in answering of all my questions, fears, confusions, doubts, and anguish over this process to get my debt problems solved. Demi has always taken my calls, being so patient to hear me out with concerns, and then clearly answering just what I am to expect from Timberline Financial as this debt consolidation plan moves forward. Demi has been very motivational to me when my fears get the best of me and I feel hopeless. She has always been encouraging to me and professional in explaining just were we are in the Timberline Financial plan at any point in time. Demi McCarthy is Timberline Financial to me. I have the highest regard for this company because of my hands on personal counseling and professionalism of Demi McCarthy! She is the best in my opinion in advancing Timberline Financial as the top rated debt consolidation leader in this highly needed industry!

0 stars!! Very, Very shady company, employee and practices. They lead you into thinking you’re obtaining a debt consolidation loan, but it’s not. They don’t disclose fees or details of the ‘loan program’, but give you 48 hours to accept ‘your loan’. It was only after searching for reviews that I learned they’re a debt settlement company. My debt isn’t even out of control and nothing is past due !!!!! I just wanted a consolidation for the ease of one payment. RUNNNNNN!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I have been having problems getting money back that they owe me. OVER 4 thousand dollar's. I closed my account over a month ago .and they say it was sooner then that. Won't give me a supervisor to talk to. They keep telling me 5 to 7 business days. They said that a couple of times. After that period. Don't use them. I had nothing but problems for the last 4 years.

I have worked with Timberline Financial for 4 years and they are an outstanding organization. Every employee that I have come across has been knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Great company to work with!

Horrible! They will not let you talk to negotiators, they have horrible customer service people who give you the run around. They do nothing you couldn't do yourself. We are being sued now and threatened with a lien on our home and bank accounts frozen. We were told this would never happen. We are paying 700 a month for them to ruin us. Its a scam!! Please don't fall for it!
