Tim Lindsey's team is an amazing group of people that go out of their way to explain everything and help with every stwp of the process. Even after closing they are there to help and answer any questions that arise. They helped my the purchase of my first house and the refinancing after.

Edit: Tim had his workers/ friends give him 5 star reviews after I gave this review to artificially distort his rating to be higher. Take a look and notice how the other reviews all occur around the same time. This was when I first gave this review but I wanted to circle back on this review to make sure anyone that sees those reviews will know why they are actually there: Things started off very rocky with Tim from the very beginning. One day out of nowhere I received an email from Tim at the beginning of our buisness relationship laying into me and telling me off. He did this because he thought we were another client with a similar name. He was very rude and arrogant to whoever he was intending to talk to.. This was our first red flag and we should have gone somewhere else to do buisness. However, we gave Tim another chance. We regretted it. Things went smoothly at first but as we got closer to closing time on the home purchase they fell apart. We tried a series of three times to gain clarity regarding the numbers Tim and his team gave us. They did not line up. Tim and his team ensured us that the finalized numbers would match what we understood to be true. This did not happen. We received the final numbers only 3 hours before closing. The numbers had not been adjusted. I called Tim very confused and frustrated and was met with yelling and screaming. He began to gaslight me telling me we had conversations that we never had. I was very confused. Could it be that he mixed his conversations up with another client again? I rebuttled and tried to gain clarity. My blood pressure went through the roof. I ended up having to hang up on him and go through my realtor to talk to Tim. When my realtor showed him that I had sent an email attempting to reconcile the numbers a week earlier and that I was blown off by his team he felt embarrassed again. A simple and thoughtful response to my email would have cleared any misunderstanding but instead he responded by yelling and basically calling me a liar. Tim appears to be a hot head. I would highly recommend you take your buisness elsewhere. Steer clear of Tim and his company.

Cross Country Mortgage was wonderful. The entire team treated us courteously and efficiently. They asked the right questions, and asked us for the correct documents. They processed our loan so quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them.

Have worked with Tim and his team a couple of times on Refinances. There have been some issues but not with his team its usually a problem with the Escrow or title company that they have little ability to control. They are a know factor therefore will continue to do business with them in the future for future purchases or refi's. thanks again for woirking through this last Refi.

Totally amazing experience. Got everything done so quickly and very professionally. I will use this team again and highly recommend it to anyone. We had a problem with appraisal and the team was right on it, put significant pressure to get the appraisal done in timely fashion and we end up closing right on time. Very happy with the service.
