Tim worked with me on the initial purchase of my home. About a year ago I worked with him again to try to refinance to a lower rate and unfortunately it did not work at that time. He did a very good job at explaining everything down to my level and walking me through every option. They do ALL the work. All we needed to do was look through, sign and get them the resources they need to finalize your loan!
