I posted this review for the Sky Pointe Dr location and particularly for the lack of response and customer service from Lisa Swanson and Renee Baker. Worst experience ever.

I've closed on a handful of properties and this was by far the worst experience. I will never agree to use Ticor again. At signing our request for how to take the title was ignored and we were rudely told to take it up with the builder. The whole process was very rushed. Soon after closing we realized the builder was given credit for an HOA payment they never made. Our escrow officer and her supervisor were not responsive to the issue and it took 2 months of weekly calls and emails to finally get the issue resolved. Calls and emails almost always went unreturned and responses to calls were often treated rudely. In one instance we were told that it wasn't their problem and that we should stop calling. Isn't the point of escrow to make sure the buyer and seller both meet their obligations?

Met us on our schedule to get closing accomplished and made us very, very happy. Of all the homes I have purchased over the years this was the best closing experience I have ever had. Stellar! Thank you. Tamara!

This was my first experience with Ticor Title. Erika was very friendly and personable but was not the original person that my clients and I had interacted with. Though it's nice that the reps in the office work as a team, it would have been nice to meet the people we have been interacting with via email for nearly 6 months. Overall, the signing of documents was swift. I would have appreciated it if the title company would have communicated with me, my client's agent, that the deed was recorded. Unfortunately, it's another entity that places their loyalty to the home builder over offering fair service to those whose pockets aren't as deep. Again, this is my first experience with Ticor Title. I am sure it won't be the last. I am looking forward to see how service is different when a builder is not involved.

As an agent I have tried numerous times to work with Ticor Title. Since they are corporate title company you get treated as such. On my last escrow with them, they failed to order the necessary HOA docs along with the demand, which resulted in an additional $400 fee to rush the docs. When questioned, I was offered an excuse that didn't add up. I WILL NOT write an offer with Ticor listed for any of my future clients and will advise my sellers request another escrow company if Ticor is listed on the purchase agreement. Good luck to you all. They are eager to get ahold of you when they need something they send you to voicemail and do not return your calls at the 215 and w sunset. For our purchase transactions we delt with another ticor title on sahara and buffalo who was 100% more helpful.

I had emailed an Abbey R. who did not respond for days. Mind you.. she had worked with me on a previous closing which was my reason for returning. When a response came through regarding my question.. It had ended my question with a question. "Have we worked with you before?" "Yes." ....Nothing as I waited patiently. I did call Ticor directly and was transferred to two different men regarding my question which would have appreciated an answer. Unfortunately again no answer. I had left a detailed message. I NEVER heard from them. No call to give a yes or no response rather completely dismissed by all three people. I am sorry yes people are busy but this to me was inexcusable and highly unprofessional. 1 star to the woman who answers the phones for trying to get me the help I needed.
