Think Bank Emperor Ave, Apple Valley

I love Think. I have been banking here since 1998 and have never banked anywhere else. Their interest rates, efficiency of procedures are so easy and quick and I everyone I have worked with has been so helpful. Belinda in Apple Valley just called me out of the blue to move some of my loans around for better interest rates and to save me money monthly. You don't get that kind of customer service anymore. I was floored. When I met my now husband, he moved all of his banking to Think and everything we do is through Think. Best Bank!

I would like to suggest bringing back atm deposits.

I have been banking at this location for about 9 years, both my business account and my personal accounts. I LOVE it! All of the bankers and tellers are extremely friendly and efficient. They know me by sight, and I feel I get extremely personalized service from them. They are always ready to help with anything I need. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I've banked here for YEARS. I have never had a problem. Customer service is always top notch. As for the comments below regarding fees, you must have done something incorrectly or are at fault. I have never once been charged a fee for anything. Also I participate in the overdraft protection and the one or two times I accidentally overdrafted they "covered" it for a day or two until I could make a deposit. No fees. No taking from savings. Nothing. Its the most painless banking I have ever experienced. I would however like to suggest bringing back atm deposits!!

I've been banking with Think for my entire life and they have been nothing but incredible! The last few years I've been working exclusively with Apple Valley group and their staff is always extremely professional and helpful. The biggest reason I like Think is that they are a smaller bank and don't have all the ridiculous stipulations that larger Banks do. Things like fees, limited number of accounts, and spending minimums or account balance minimums in order to keep accounts open are all things that drive me nuts with bigger Bank. Think bank doesn't have any of those things.

I am suprised to see this bank has a rating higher than a 3. Fees, fees, fees... Don't let them fool you folks. They aren't any better than any other bank. When I opened my account I told the banker I want it set up so that I won't have to worry about overdrafting. I was set up with overdraft protection. Well the banker didn't mention that overdraft protection requires a second account like a savings to draw from. So I overdrafted because with all of our advanced computer technology we haven't yet figured out how to make a card that doesn't spend money that isn't there. And I got an overdraft fee. $22. Then Think Bank charges me another $5 everyday thereafter! I didn't make it up there to make a deposit for 5 days so they got me for a total of $47. It's a scam. I will NEVER trust this bank with my savings.

Great bank. I like the inside setup that does not make it look like a traditional bank. The cashiers are the best as they take time to learn your name and address you by your name. BEST BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Ended up getting over $60 in overdraft fees because of a fraudulent charge on my card. I asked if they could reverse the fees and they said they wouldn't because it wasn't a bank error. I closed my account! Stay away!!!
