I worked with Jessica and Blanca. While they seem like nice people and were friendly, I did not have a smooth experience. My paperwork kept having to be redone because they either had my name wrong or couldn’t find it. They kept asking me for documentation that i had already sent on several occasions because they weren’t checking before asking for it again. I had an issue with some stuff on my credit and they assured me of an outcome. My real estate agent asked several times that it would happen the way the said because we didn’t want any surprises. We get to closing and it was all a lie. Lying to get someone to close? Come on. Again, they seem like nice people but it also seemed like my case was their first ever! I don’t know if I would prefer unfriendly people that get stuff done right or friendly people like them that don’t know what they’re doing. What I do know is that I would never go back nor would I recommend anyone else to.

Incredible team! NFM was the absolute right choice for me. Not a day went by during the loan process that the Uphoff team wasn't checking in with me via e-mail, phone calls and text messages. Audra Brown and her assistant Matt were always sure to send an email and call me for every step of the way. I was scheduled to get all of my documents in early, so that the last few weeks were not stressful at all. The process was somewhat tough in the beginning, but smooth and easy the rest of the way. Everyone with the Jessica Uphoff team were organized and really easy to talk to when I needed help with anything.

We did our loan and refinance with Bryson and I cannot tell you how smooth the process went. We went in to meet about qualifying and I asked what steps now are needed and his response was, "You're already pre-qualified." That was how the entire process went, they know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend their team to help you into your dream home! Absolutely amazing to work with, I cannot say enough great things!

Jessica and her team were very unorganized and didn't communicate well with each other. All figures were higher than our good faith estimate when we went to close, we received the same communication from multiple team members, they required more paperwork than I've ever been asked to provide on any other loan AND they didn't lock the interest rate when I told them to (which resulted in a rate increase that we then had to absorb). We were "forced" to use them because of a large incentive offered by Cherrywood Homes. Jessica made it very clear that she valued the builder as a client far more than she valued us. My experience with this lender was awful. We have a fair amount of experience closing on mortgages (this was our 5th close in 4 years) and I will never use them again.

This team can make it happen! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, encouraging, supportive, good follow-up, very easy to work with. The Uphoff team guided me through this challenging process without a hiccup!
