Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism by Heather’s team. I am a 23 year old first-time home buyer and had been working with them for MONTHS. By the time one of my offers was accepted on a home, I LOST the house due to an administrative oversight on their end. When I called her office, Jill did not once apologize for her lack of due diligence and offered no alternatives or willingness to continue working with me…that is, until after my MOTHER called back to complain and we were then passed on to Heather. If you are a young, first-time home buyer or a middle-class income earner such as myself (I’m a teacher) then this is NOT the lender for you.

Heather and her team came highly recommended by both our agent and our family. Everyone was right- Heather was wonderful to work with and kept great communication throughout the home-buying process. Moving through prequalification was straightforward and efficient. I would highly recommend her to any and all!
