WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. They keep changing "servicers" and blaming the "previous" servicer for losing $3,000 of my escrow money. Funny, because the lender's name is The Mortgage Firm, the "first" servicer was The Mortgage Firm, and the "second" servicer is also The Mortgage Firm. The second one can't tell me where my money went because it was received by the first one. They all have the SAME LOGO but they insist they are separate companies, with the same name and the same logo. WORST. EXPERIEINCE . EVER.

From the star, James was available to answer all of the questions we had while trying to buy a new house. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the mortgage process, but he was extremely efficient and was able to do all the paperwork so that we could xlosr on our new house in under 30 days!
