We've been working with Brenda and the McFadden group for over 15 years and are very happy with the results. We started working with her when our taxes became too complex for us to deal with on our own, and the comparison in the beginning (our filings vs. hers) was striking in how much money she saved us. A couple of times the IRS and the KS tax people attempted to charge us for money we didn't owe, and Brenda did a great job setting them straight. Highly recommended.

We were informed a price for our tax service, over 3 months later when they were done we got a bill for OVER double the price we were informed. I called them several times to check on the status of our taxes and they refused to return our phone call instead we got emails stating "we are behind and trying to get your taxes complete" We asked for a meeting and requested a itemized bill they refused and said it was so much more expensive because it was the first time they did our taxes. I recommend if you us this group make sure you get everything in writing because they lie! I will NEVER use the McFadden Group again and I HIGHLY recommend to do your research before anyone considers using them. I have made a complaint with the BBB, and will continue to take further actions because we were robbed!
